The Contractor, the Contractor's agents, representatives, and subcontractors ("Contractor") shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and professional services for the plugging of the oil and/or natural gas well(s) identified herein, and the reclaiming of all land disturbed in association with those plugging operations in accordance with West Virginia Code 22-6-23, 22-6-24, and all rules promulgated thereunder. The well sits on the outer edge of a former strip job. The site is 300' from a county road, 400' from Robinson Run, and 1.7 miles upstream of the Monongahela River. The location and access road are heavily overgrown with vegetation. The well sits on the hillside 200' behind Rick Heller's home. It's located 1400' from Robinson Run and 1.7 miles upstream of The Monongahela River. An access road will need to be established beginning in front of the landowner's home at a gradual climb, eventually making a hard right turn, and climbing around behind the house to the well site. The location will need to be brushed and cleared for access. All brush shall be stacked on the lower side. Technical Question Deadline at 4:00pm eastern 2023-12-08 Contract work may require site remediation of the well site prior to the commencement of plugging operations. Project will commence, generally, as follows: 1. Pre-mobilization site remediation, if necessary, 2. Site preparation, 3. Connect rig to well, 4. Clean out well to total depth, 5. Set prescribed plugs and monument, 6. Reclaim site including removal of stream crossings, and 7. Submit invoice to DEP.
