The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project Ybor City Museum - Casitas Office Reroof. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully remove the existing roofs and skylights and install new roofs, gutters, and downspouts per the contract documents. Provide unit cost (per square foot) to remove and replace damaged roof decking material. Include pricing for (32) square foot cost as well as cost for each additional square foot. Failure to file a Notice of Intent to Protest or a formal, written Protest in accordance with Rule 28-110, F.A.C., within ten days after the 72-hour period ends, as prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of your right to an administrative hearing on the Bid Specifications under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
