The project is located at 550 William Street, Mossyrock, WA 98564. The engineers estimate for this project is approximately $500,000. It is the sole responsibility of Bidders to deliver their bid to the designated place at the designated time and on the forms provided in the Project Manual. General Contractors and Prime Mechanical and Electrical Contractors may obtain two (2) sets of bid documents upon. the deposit. of a check in the amount. of $100.00 for each set., made payable to Mossyrock School District No. 206. Other subcontractors, and those needing additional sets or partial sets may purchase sets at cost (not refundable) from ARC. Costs of delivery or shipping for both full sets and partial sets are additional and are to be paid directly to ARC and are not refundable. The successful bidder will also provide payment and performance bonds for 100% of the construction cost, including Washington State sales tax, prior to execution of the construction agreement. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set. for bid opening, or before award of (;on-tract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days from opening of bids.
