The project is a 3,025 SF single story addition to the existing fire station located. Work associated with the addition includes, but is not limited to: wood framed construction with concrete slab on grade, fiber cement siding, and asphalt shingle roof. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Fire District. Lewis County Fire District #3 shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
