Renovation of a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The BT014 Project will be responsible for the installation of bus station shelters, furnishings, and systems on top of existing platforms that will be installed by others. The Project has a total of 25 separate station locations along I-405, SR 518, SR 522, and I-5 encompassed by the S1, S2, and S3 Lines. Typically, the locations will have a platform for each direction of travel or will be in a Transit Center. The scope of work also includes the following unique elements including Installation of battery electric bus (BEB) inductive charging stations at five (5) different station locations (Shoreline, Lynnwood, Bothell, Burien, Bellevue). Elements of this include bus charging system, AC charging cabinet, 480V power switchboard, transformer, conduit and wire installation, canopies for the equipment, and security fencing/screening. Additionally, the project scope will include retrofitting various existing stations such as the Bellevue Transit Center, Totem Lake Station, Lynwood Transit center, and various Pedestrian Bridges and Entry Structures.
