**As of June 2, 2023, project was awarded to Harkness Construction LLC, awarded amount is $2,720,749.50.** Seattle Parks and Recreation purchased this .27-acre site in 2013 to provide the community access to open space within high density urban areas across the city. The Seattle Park District funds the development of this parcel into a park. Deadline for Contractor questions regarding this Parks project shall be submitted by close of business on Thursday, March 9th, 2023, to the Parks Project Manager via Roma.Shah@seattle.gov. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Parks type of project with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
