Construction of a new, ground-up 18,000 fire station for the City of Greeley. This fire station is on a newly formed lot that will be accessed by the 20th Street. The building is on shallow foundations with structural steel and masonry construction with complete exterior and interior finishes. Completion of all sitework to support a new building. As of November 6, 2019, the construction manager has closed all of the subcontracts.
