Reference Number 0000329321 The scope of work includes the replacement of 26 existing gas fired, DX cooling RTU's, addition of evaporative cooling and other modifications as needed to the gym heating and ventilation unit, RTU-23. New controls through the BAS. Electrical updates for RTU replacement and addition of evaporative cooling. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/12/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No all questions shall be directed to the Architect (mpeer@dlrgroup.com). General Contractor - A Labor and Material payment Bond 100% of project cost; Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Work is subject to liquidated damages of $1000/day. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Final Completion of the Contract date of August 01, 2024. *Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
