As of February 22, 2022, this project has been put on hold pending funding. If funding fails at the next county board meeting in two weeks, the county may place this on this in a referendum for the November 2022 bond election. Design for construction has not begun. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Dane County is inviting Proposals for professional architectural and engineering design services. This will entail remodeling interior & exterior spaces in a secure detention environment. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Proposals document & submit Proposals.
