The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the opportunity for a Request for Proposal to provide painting services. The intend of this project is to repaint the USAO spaces on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the Richard B. Russell Federal Building located in Atlanta, GA. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business. The estimated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is, 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with a Small Business Administration size standard of $15.0 Million. The Period of Performance for this project is 60 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The Request for Proposal is expected to be issued on or about February 28, 2019. A site -visit and the offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The amount of the Performance and Payment Bond shall be 100 percent of the agreed upon price. Submission of the Performance and Payment Bonds are required within ten (10) days of the award. The performance and payment Bonds shall provide for the full contract performance period plus a one-year period.
