Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required to replace roofs as described herein. The work will be completed at USCG Base Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay, MA (Barnstable County). All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Specifications (PSN 7624458), Drawing No. P7624458 (14 sheets), and the applicable wage rates incorporated herein. CAUTION TO BIDDERS: You are urged to visit the site and take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and exact location of the work. Failure to visit the site for this purpose does not relieve you from the responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. IMPORTANT: See Section L for site visit information. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.5, this solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of Construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Applicable NAICS Code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. Bidder shall include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes in their bid price. A tax exempt number will not be provided. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 120 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The Government may exercise the options within 90 days of award. The performance period will be extended by an additional 10 calendar days for each option exercised.
