As of June 17, 2019, project has not been awarded. The Project consists of the construction of approximately a 60' x 70' water treatment plant building including the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plant piping work for the building; providing installation of pre-purchased equipment (chlorine and high service/backwash booster pumps, chlorine feed systems, standby generator, telemetry equipment); coordinating with other contract work and pre-purchased equipment (other contracts include the installation of: filter equipment, site earthwork, and backwash supply tank); and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither Owner nor Engineer assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.
