Cost Estimate: $2,000,000 - $2,500,000 The Project consists of the construction of approximately 7,743 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline; 9,797 linear feet of 6-inch waterline; 5,934 linear feet of 4-inch PVC waterline; 4,143 linear feet of 2-inch water- line; associated directional drill installation where necessary; associated auger and jack boring where necessary; valves; hydrants; line stops; water service connections; water service meters; water service meter pits; connections to systems; fire hydrant and flushing hydrant installations; existing pipeline abandonment; constructing a single, 50,000 gal- lon elevated water stor- age tower; water tower foundation; mixing system; 8-inch water piping to/from the water tower; valve vaults; telemetry; electrical; one 8’ x 8’ fiberglass reinforced plastic building; coordination with other construction; grass seeding; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements Alternates include: the addition of encased crossings; addition of an automatic meter reading system; addition of a utility locator.
