Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Garden City, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of the following (in general): Rough and fine grading including 9600 CY excavation and 2750 CY of embankment, 635 LF storm sewer, 3775 SY aggregate base, 2970 SY asphalt trail paving, 676 SY concrete sidewalk, seeding, erosion control, and other miscellaneous items of work. A pre-bid conference is not currently planned, all planholders will be notified of any conferences scheduled. This project is funded in part by a federally funded Kansas Department of Wildlife Parks & Tourism Recreational Trails Grant. Bidder's attention is called to the required compliance with local, state, and federal funding requirements, included in the Bidding Documents. Requirements for bidders are laid forth in the Bid Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
