Finney County, Kansas solicits sealed bids from qualified and responsible contractors to provide roofing replacement, restoration, and coating services for designated County-owned facilities. Bids need to be mailed or emailed to Finney County, with "Roofing Replacement and Repair Bid" on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line of the email, and must be received before 12:59 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2026. The successful bidder (Contractor) shall provide complete roofing services including but not limited to: Installation of TPO roofing systems Roof coating restoration systems Asphalt shingle roof replacement Metal roof replacement 24 Gauge Sheet metal flashing and trim installation Roof penetration and flashing repairs Roof drainage improvements including 24 Gauge gutters and downspouts
