The City of Charlotte (hereinafter the "City") will receive sealed bids for the following Project Heather Lane and Paddock Circle Sidewalk (Ashbrook Neighborhood) The project will improve pedestrian safety and pedestrian mobility. This project will install sidewalk, wheelchair ramps, driveways, curb and gutter and storm drainage along Paddock Circle from Hillside Ave to Heather Lane and on Heather Lane from Paddock Circle to Park Rd. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
