Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntington Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

The project consists primarily of the abandonment and demolition of an existing sewer pump lift station and various sections of existing sewer lines, removal of existing electrical panels and conduit, sidewalk, pavement, and surface improvements, sewer bypassing, traffic control, installation of new sanitary sewer lines, installation of a new sewer lift station and valve vault, installation of new wet well submersible pumps, replacement of a force main, asphalt paving and removal, restoration of existing public and private improvements, and related appurtenant work not mentioned above but required in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work is located at the existing Lift Station #13 site in the City of Huntington Beach near the intersection of Springdale Street and Slater Avenue. The project as described within the plans and specifications will be limited to 220 working days License Type Required: Class A Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 Per Calendar Day Project Duration: 220 Work Days Bid Bond Percentage: 10%
