Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a parking garage in Lagrangeville, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at Online. Plan holders who have paid forhard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination ifhard copies ofthe addenda are required fortheir use, and coordinate directly with REV for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies ofthe bid addenda. As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner requires Bids comply with bidding requirements indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in Bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Owner will not waive informalities which would give one Bidder substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all affected Bidders. Bids may not be withdrawn before 45 days following the Bid opening thereof, unless an error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For the convenience of potential Bidders and other interested parties, the Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: Arlington Central School District, 144 Todd Hill Road, LaGrangeville, NY 12540 Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers, 10 Brown Road, Ithaca, New York 14850 Checks shall be made payable to Arlington Central School District. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructionsto Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documentsto be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Please note REV are the designated locations and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. The Provider takes no responsibility for the completeness of Contract Documents obtained from other sources. Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued.
