CR Number: 2111235 The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is soliciting proposals and bids for Periodic Maintenance at the Todd Hill Taste New York Facility Rest Area located on the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County. The periodic facility and grounds maintenance includes litter and debris removal, mowing, snow and ice control, and landscape bed maintenance. It is strongly suggested that proposers visit the project site to perform their own assessment of the location prior to submission of a bid. No project walk-through meeting is scheduled for this project. Instead, interested bidders should visit the project site independently to review and assess conditions prior to submission of a bid. Interested business entities can also inquire as to availability of the Bid Package in writing, and are encouraged to inquire via email to "Purch-Assist@dot.ny.gov", stating their interest in the release of the IFB, and requesting to be placed on the Bidder's List.
