The scope of this project includes the repair and modifications of structural beams, roof, and siding on the lifeguard\restroom building at Johnson Pool. Potential bidders are advised to obtain all documents and specifications related to this project directly from the City of Roseville. The City of Roseville does not guarantee the accuracy of any forms, plans, or project manuals obtained through outside sources other than the City of Roseville. Furthermore, the City does not guarantee the distribution of any addendums or the accuracy of their content if obtained from a third party.
