As of May 20, 2019, the low bidder has withdrawn their bid and the second lowest bidder has a meeting with the owner on May 21, 2019 at which point an award is anticipated. Handicap restroom renovation, interior panting, new carpet/VCT, existing plaster wall repair and exterior painting, re-pointing, new doors, etc. Sealed bids are invited for site improvements/renovations (238-A6238-003) at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, VA. This project is generally described as the replacement/renovation and construction of the Belvidere fountain on the exterior of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. A Bid Bond is not required.
