The Housing Authority of the City of Yakima (YHA) is accepting qualifications for general contractors interested in a new seasonal housing development located at parcel #21102223423, Granger, WA. Submittals of Qualifications will thereafter be evaluated by Owner. Prospective Contractors qualification information shall be considered privileged and confidential. YHA reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal or to waive any irregularities in any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Yakima Housing Authority.
