Project no - 22013.1 A single combined Bid is requested for all associated work within each section. Note that the costs associated with the bid and any additional work, exclusion and/or clarifications must be clearly provided with bid. Bids will be opened with the Owner and the bidders present at the aforementioned time and place and read orally. The Owner will analyze and a bid will be selected based on bid price, budget, scope of work proposal, exclusions/additions and other criteria deemed important to the Owner and per Bidding Specifications. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be considered. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with project bidding and contract document requirements and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check made payable to Granger School District No. 204, in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for receiving the bids or before the award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
