Renovation of a residential development in Kelso, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

For Kelso Homes Electrical Panel Replacement Questions concerning the Project should be directed to Jared Bradshaw-Vinson (360) 687-8379. This project is subject to prevailing wages. All work performed on this project is subject to the higher of prevailing state rates or the federal wage rates. The Kelso Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept only such bids as may be to the Owner's best interests. SCOPE OF WORK: This project includes replacing the existing electrical panels of 49 homes for the Kelso Housing Authority Kelso Homes Community. The undersigned bidder hereby proposes to furnish all material and complete the work as shown on the drawings and specifications for the sum. TIME: The undersigned bidder agrees that it will substantially complete the project within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The undersigned bidder agrees to hold this proposal open for twenty five (25) days following the opening of bids and to execute the Agreement within ten (10) days of the Notice of Intent to Award Contract Time is of the essence of the contract. Delay in substantial completion will cause the Owner additional general expenses in ways including: loss of rental revenue on the unit, the costs of employees devoting attention to the project. For each day after the substantial completion date that the Contractor has not achieved substantial completion of each phase, the Contractor shall pay as general liquidated damages the sum of Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) The Contractor, by submitting his bid, represents that he has reviewed the above-referenced costs and damages and agrees with the Kelso Housing Authority that the above stated liquidated sums are reasonable estimates of both the direct costs and damages to the Kelso Housing Authority which would be incurred in the event of a failure by the Contractor to achieve sub.
