Cowlitz Villa Exhaust Fan Replacement Questions concerning the Project should be directed to Jared Bradshaw-Vinson (360) 687-8379. This project is subject to prevailing wages. All work performed on this project is subject to the higher of prevailing state rates or the federal wage rates. The Kelso Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
