Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kelso, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work shall be furnishing all labor, subject to State prevailing wage, equipment, materials and supervision for construction in Cowlitz County as follows: improving the safety for vehicles and pedestrians near Huntington Middle School by adding ADA curb ramps, resurfacing existing walkways, improving the signing and striping along Kelso Way and installing lighting. Prospective bidders shall not have had any public works contract terminated for cause or terminated for default by a government agency in the five years prior to the bid submittal date, and shall certify this by signing and submitting the "No Termination" form enclosed in the Bid Documents. A bidder who fails to submit a completed "No Termination" form with their Bid Proposal or who have had a public works contract terminated for cause or terminated for default in the five years prior to the bid submittal date will be considered not responsible and is disqualified from bidding or being awarded the contract.
