Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 68,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, one-story below grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; swimming pool; and clubhouse / community center.
Construction of a new community centre on the site of the Wabash Community Centre. Scope includes redevelopment of the Canadian Linseed Oil Mills Ltd. building, a heritage building on the site. The building will include a double gymnasium; aquatic component; 25 m x 6 lane wide lap pool; children's leisure pool; multi-purpose spaces for various recreational programs and community access. This is a proposed Net Zero Energy Building and includes a green roof atop the third floor with solar panels. TIMELINES: Working drawings are ongoing. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals with the city of Toronto. Tender will be issued shortly; please refer to City of Toronto Purchasing for announcements and updates.
