Work is to be completed within 210 calendar days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is restricted to SDVOSB construction firms. The project magnitude range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction); size standard $36.5 million applies.
