Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
extending gravity sewer and water main to accommodate future service connections at proposed hangers located south of Cessna Way and west of N Happy Valley Rd at the Nampa Municipal Airport. It is anticipated that the project will encompass approximately 1,160 LF of 8" gravity sewer, 1,800 LF of 12" water main pipe, 670 LF of sewer service pipe, 870 LF of water service pipe, 4 manholes, 7 valves, and 4 hydrants. In addition, several existing sewer and utility ducts will need to be crossed to perform the work. Limited rock excavation is anticipated The work will be substantially complete within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. All items will be ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 45 days of Notice to Proceed.
