This request for SOQ requires interested General Contractors to supply all required information regarding their qualifications and experience related to constructing deep large diameter trunk sewer improvements of similar size and scope. Other required submittal information, an expanded project description, forms and evaluation criteria are provided within the Statement of Qualifications Informational Packet (Packet). The Project generally consists of approximately 2,161 lineal feet of 24-inch gravity sewer trunk sewer, manholes, full roadway restoration, dewatering, utility relocations, stormwater management, traffic control, testing, and other associated work. Phase 1 limits are located on Ustick Rd, east of Madison Ave at the connection point to east of Franklin Blvd. The opinion of the estimated project cost for this project is between $1.7M to $2.2M.
