Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 603,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of June 6, 2019, this project is under construction. The proposals being requested are for the following scopes of work: concrete structure, masonry, structural steel, waterproofing, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical/fire alarm and security. RFI's will be due by 4/18/19 @ 5:00 PM addressed to Anthony Short / anthony.short@flintco.com. Bidders should note that this project is subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements which are located in the Specifications folder. The project will be Contractor's Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP).
