As of March 3, 2020, the project has been awarded and is currently under construction. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of March. Questions regarding the project shall be submitted to the Engineer by September 16th, 2019 at 5 pm. If you have questions they MUST be submitted to the Engineer (WWC Engineering) at jterfehr@wwcengineering.com Do not post any questions on this website as all questions must be submitted to the engineer. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. April 25, 2019. A copy of the 10% cashier check will not be accepted. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00 p.m. due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
