Renovation of a military facility in Guernsey, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project involves upgrading the electrical power system for the N12 QTR Range in the North Training Area of Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. The old solar powered system must be removed and disposed of, and a new utility line power system will be installed. Design for this project is now complete. The completed design must be followed exactly as shown in the drawings and specifications. Due to the frequent use of the ranges, construction must be completed within a limited time frame. Bidder(s) must also sign out on the attendance sheet. Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. Bidders are cautioned to make careful observations of existing conditions at the site. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the website by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 18, 2019. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the website or in the form of a written addendum posted on online on or before July 25, 2019. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 18, 2019, will not be addressed. A bid security of 10% of the total bid price will be required of all bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
