The Wyoming Military Department is soliciting bids for theinstallation of perimeter fence around an environmentally sensitive area within the North Training Area (NTA) of Camp Guernsey, near Guernsey, Wyoming. All questions must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 15, 2021 by 2:00 p.m., Mountain Time, on the Public Purchase online bidding system. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be considered. All questions will be answered by the agency by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2021. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00 p.m. due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. Install approximately 5351 feet (1.01 mile) of wildlife friendly barbed wire fence will need to be constructed around a sensitive cattle exclusion area in the North Training Area (NTA) of Camp Guernsey Training Facility. The construction of this fence should tie-in to existing fences and the topographic landscape where appropriate (example is canyon cliffwalls). Fences will need to be walked or driven. Use of vehicles and ATVs/UTVs are permitted The fences are to be constructed with 6 ft. steel t-posts and standard wood posts.
