Guernsey Fish Canyon Gravel Road Rehabilitation Project. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. August 20, 2020. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When the bid exceeds $150,000.00 the successful bidder must, within twenty (20) calendar days after notification of the award, deliver to the owner an executed Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of the contract. The bond shall be submitted on bonding forms as provided by the State of Wyoming, and shall meet all requirements as to form and execution. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. If you have questions they MUST be submitted to the Engineer (AVI) at scowley@avipc.com Do not post any questions on this as all questions must be submitted to the engineer. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidders, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
