Bidding questions shall be submitted electronically by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 20, 2020. Remove, properly dispose and obtain required permits for four (4) small areas of encapsulated old floor tile containing asbestos located in Building 101, Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. These areas need to be cleaned and tested as clean of asbestos. Bidder(s) must also sign out on the attendance sheet. Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. Bidders are cautioned to make careful observations of existing conditions at the site. A bid security of 10% of the total bid price will be required of all bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required if the bid amount is greater than $50,000.00. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers electronically or in the form of a written addendum posted , on or before May 27, 2020. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 20, 2020, will not be addressed. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. June 3, 2020. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
