GPS Location: 42 21'53.4"N 104 46'16.3"W Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. Bidders are cautioned to make careful observations of existing conditions at the site. Vendor attendance is required Bidding questions shall be submitted Electronically by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 25, 2020. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers Electronically or in the form of a written addendum posted Electronically, on or before April 1, 2020. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 25, 2020, will not be addressed. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
