Site work for a military facility in Guernsey, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
1) LOCATION-The Sawmill Canyon Fence is located in the North Training Area (NTA), within the Range Management Land (RML) area. The fencing is located in the Range Management North Training Area on Leases RMNL8 & RMNL6. This property is approximately Forty-Five (45) minutes north of Guernsey, WY. See Aerial maps in Figure 1 and Figure 2 for reference. Project Description: Remove approximately 9,750 feet of fencing that has been burned in a recent fire and replace it with approximately 10,350 feet of new fencing and signage. The exact alignment and length of fencing shall be field verified by the Contractor and approved by the Wyoming Military Department (WYMD) Project Manager. The fence shall be constructed in accordance with the Camp Guernsey Fencing Standard Operations Procedure (SOP), as shown in Figure 4 below under Bid Items. The old fencing shall be removed as shown in Figure 1, and new fencing shall be installed as shown in Figure 2 at the GPS Coordinates that are included in this Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide their own GPS Equipment, materials, tools, safety equipment and manpower to complete this work. Use of vehicles, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) are permitted.
