Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Each bidder will be required to furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon the acceptance by the Borough of each contract/bid, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount for Contract #1 The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids.
