Site work for a water / sewer project in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, installation of new PVC waterlines and PE services including curb stops and boxes, fire hydrant, and the final restoration of street and grass/lawn areas. Waterline replacement is located along High Street from Springwood Avenue to Scarborough Fare in Stewartstown Borough and Hopewell Township. The Borough Authority reserves the right which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. TIME OF COMPLETION Upon the OWNER s authorization to proceed, the work to be performed hereunder shall commence as required to comply with the specified completion date. All waterline work, final paving and permanent vegetative stabilization must be completed no later than October 18, 2024.
