Site work and paving for a civil project in Asbury, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The major components of the contract are: Base Bid A: 113 square yards of road milling, 313 tons of 19M64 (If and Where Directed), 783 tons of 9.5M64 Surface Course, 275 tons of Leveling Course 9.5M64 (If and Where Directed), 62 linear feet of guiderail with an Option A for drainage which includes removal of existing RCP pipe, removal of five (5) existing inlets, installing ten (10) new Type E Inlets, 381 linear feet of 15" RCP and 147 linear feet of18" RCP storm sewer, 54 square feet of retaining wall, and tree removal. Base Bid B: 220 square yards of road milling, 204 tons of 19M64 (If and Where Directed), 953 tons of 9.5M64 Surface Course, 191 tons of Leveling Course 9.5M64 (If and Where Directed) with an Option B for drainage which includes removal of existing RCP and CIP pipe, installing ten (10) new Type E Inlets, 263 linear feet of 15" RCP and 817 linear feet of 15" HDPE storm sewer, and tree removal. Bidders shall be aware that this contract is funded utilizing monies from Grants received by the Township from the New Jersey Department of Transportation- Local Aid Bids will be rejected if not submitted within time, date and place designated, and if not accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total bid but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to Bethlehem Township, New Jersey, as a guarantee to furnish equipment and/or services for the bid price. Iran Disclosure The New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (P.L. 1963, Chapter 150) is hereby made a part of every contract entered into by Bethlehem Township, and by any non-Borough public participant, except those contracts which are not within the contemplation of the Act; and the Bidder's signature on this proposal is his guarantee that neither he nor any sub-contractors he might employ to perform the work covered by this proposal are listed or are on record in the Office of the Commissioner of the N.J. State Department of Labor and Industry as one who has failed to pay prevailing wages in accordance with the provisions of the Act.The vendor must comply with all local, county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to this contract and to the work to be done hereunder
