This project consists of materials to be picked up (FOB) and delivered (FDS). The following materials will be bid: Bituminous Concrete HMA 19M-64, Bituminous Concrete HMA 9.5M-64, Bituminous Concrete Mix I-4, Bituminous Concrete Mix I-5, Bituminous Concrete Mix I-2, Densely Graded Aggregate (DGA), 2"-4" Clean Stone, 3/4" Clean Crushed Stone, 1-1/2" Clean Crushed Stone, Screenings, Rip Rap, R4, 6" to 8" clean, Core Rock. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated thereon and required and included in the Bid Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project and the date of the bid. The Township reserves the right to hold the bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive or permit the cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with New Jersey law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All Bidders are expected to comply with all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1 et seq.) and all regulations promulgated in connection therewith by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services. All Bidders are expected to comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (the "Act") (42 U.S.C.s12101 et.seq.).
