Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,500-square-foot medical facility; for the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.

The Construction Manager is seeking bids to construct a 6,500 square foot addition to the existing Medical Office Building and the renovation of approximately 7,000 square feet in the existing Hospital OB Department. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders and Supplementary Instructions. Offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
