Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work under this contract shall consist of bridge widening, grading, guardrail, concrete approach slabs, concrete surface drain with drop inlet, concrete curb & gutter, landscaping, erosion control, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the contract. Substantial Completion is required by October 1, 2019 E-Bidding :No Requests for additional information should be directed to: Winnebago County Purchasing Department 112 Otter Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54901 Ph: (920) 232-3427 Fax: (920) 232-3429 lforbes@co.winnebago.wi.us All questions about the meaning or intent of these documents shall be submitted to the Highway Department in writing. Replies shall be issued by addenda, delivered to all parties recorded as having received the RFB. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the due date will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
