The pilot project aims to test two main elements: the mandatory payment schedule and a dispute resolution procedure with the use of an expert speaker. The mandatory payment schedule includes the requirement to pay companies on fixed dates. The dispute resolution process provides for the mandatory use of a qualified expert intervenor for any dispute that is the subject of the pilot project. The construction contract (contract number 35164600) targeted by this invitation to tender is subject to the pilot project to facilitate the payment to companies that are party to public construction contracts and related public subcontracting.
