Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a library in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 33,653-square-foot library; for the addition of a 3,132-square-foot library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.
Lee Lewis Construction, Inc., as the Construction Manager at Risk is accepting sub-bids. City of Plano - Gladys Harrington Library Expansion & Renovation - project and is requesting Subcontractor bids for award of work on all bid packages. Project includes a renovation and expansion to the existing Harrington Library. 3,132sf expansion that includes a new program room, vestibule and foyer. 33,653sf interior renovation throughout the library including demo, interior partitions, floor finishes, glass, doors, millwork, specialties, lighting, AV, fire, security, etc. Also includes a reroof, metal roof areas, new roof top units and ductwork.
