The City of Plano is soliciting a low bid to mill and overlay the existing asphalt for UPRR crossings on Plano Parkway and on Jupiter Road. The project also involves correcting asphalt edges close to the railroad concrete pads and placing pavement markings. Questions must be submitted electronically through Online.
