Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Job No: 7029714 Property located +-1400' NE of Florida Drive & FM 455 intersection, and directly west of existing Koa Street. Scope of Work of the Contract includes: 1. Utilities for a 64 lot , 5 common space Subdivision. 2. Installation of Approximately 3,000 feet of 8-inch water lines 3. Installation of Approximately 2,500 feet of 8-inch, 12-inch and 24- inch sewer lines including bypass pumping 4. Installation of 30-inch and 42-inch sewer main on Florida Dr. including bypass pumping. 5. Installation of Approximately 2,500 feet of miscellaneous sized storm pipes 18-inch to 8- foot by 4-foot boxes. 6. Grade to drain storm channels both on-site and site. The Owner, Point North Square, LLC, on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Each proposal to complete advertised engineering project "Bid" must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. FLOOD-24-008710 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
