Jamestown Folding Partitions 1) Partitions manufactured by HUFCOR-Model 632 with mechanical top & bottom seals. Folding partition work is replacement of existing HUFCOR System - no substitutes. 2) Panel finish 44-502 Berber and panel trim lamb's wool. 3) First Floor classroom panels are approximately 12-0 tall tophung- room width is approximately 37-6. Contractor to field verify all existing dimensions prior to product order. 4) Second floor A/B conference room panels are approximately 9-8 tall top hung. Room width is approximately 23'-9". Contractor to field verify all existing dimensions before product order. 5) Contractor shall inspect all existing folding partition hardware that will remain to be reused and repair and/or replace any damage or faulty pieces. 6) Contract is responsible for removal and disposal of existing folding partitions. Removal will be prior to painting (by others) and installation will be after painting and carpet (by others) is complete. 7) Attached plans provided for reference only and contain carpet and painting work not to be included in this quote. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to William Nixon (will.nixon@jyf.virginia.gov). The agency reserves the right to make an award for each line item to a DSBSD certified MICRO business when the pricing and availability are fair and reasonable. Incomplete bid responses will be deemed non-responsive and rejected. For award consideration, responding Vendor must be an authorized distributor/re-seller of goods requested.
