Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work under this Project will stabilize and restore approximately 439 linear feet of stream channel within a 0.61-acre limit of disturbance. The goals of the project are to arrest actively eroding banks, protect existing sanitary infrastructure and utility lines that run parallel to and cross the stream channel, and provide general functional uplift of the existing riparian corridor. The objectives of the project are to construct a channel with a stable dimension, pattern, and profile; and to install suitable riparian vegetation to further support the stability and function of the corridor. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Linda Hodges, Deputy Director or Purchasing no later than 12:00 P.M., on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in writing via e-mail to: linda.hodges@jamescitycountyva.gov. Bid Security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract will be required by the Owner prior to Contract Award.
